Legal & Privacy
Legal notice, privacy and cookie information for the ALMAI website.
Legal notice
1. Website holder
Under Article 10 of Spain's Law 34/2002, the holder must provide these details before publication:
- Legal name: Pending identification.
- Tax identification number: Pending confirmation.
- Address: Pending confirmation.
- Email: info@almai.dev.
- Registration details, if applicable: Pending confirmation.
ALMAI is the name used on this website. The details above must identify the person or company that actually operates it.
2. Purpose of the website
This website presents ALMAI, its areas of work and projects. Its content is informational and does not itself constitute a contractual offer, binding proposal or individual professional advice. No purchases or contracts are concluded through the website; any engagement will be agreed separately.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the website and share links to its pages. You must use it lawfully, respect third-party rights and refrain from disrupting its operation, introducing malicious code or accessing systems or data without permission.
4. Intellectual property and third-party projects
ALMAI's own text, design, graphics and other materials are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Viewing them does not grant a licence to reproduce, adapt or commercially exploit them without permission or a statutory exception.
Brands, names, screenshots and content of linked projects, including Civigolf, belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here does not change those rights.
5. Links, availability and liability
The website may link to third-party sites such as Civigolf or WhatsApp. Their content and policies are the responsibility of their respective owners. We aim to keep this website current and available, but interruptions or errors may occur. We will correct known errors within a reasonable time.
Nothing in these terms excludes users' non-waivable rights or limits liability where the law does not allow it.
6. Privacy and contact
Personal data processing is explained in the privacy policy. For questions about the website or these terms, email info@almai.dev.
7. Applicable law and updates
These terms are interpreted under Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory protections applicable to website users. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts under applicable law; consumers are not asked to waive any jurisdiction granted to them by law.
We may update this information to reflect changes to the website or the law. The version displayed on this page is the current version. Draft last reviewed: 22 October 2026.
Privacy
1. Data controller
Legal holder: Pending identification.
Address: Pending confirmation.
Privacy contact: info@almai.dev.
ALMAI is the name used by this website. The full legal identity must be added here before publication.
2. Data we process and why
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process the information you choose to include and what is needed to reply: your name or identifier, email address or phone number, the content of your enquiry and later correspondence.
We use it to answer enquiries, assess proposals and, if you ask us to, prepare a possible professional relationship. This website has no contact form or newsletter subscription. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles from these enquiries.
The website host may create technical logs, such as IP address, date, browser and requests, to deliver the site and protect its operation.
3. Legal basis
When you request information about a possible project, we process your enquiry to take pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other unsolicited enquiries and website security, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding and protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)). Where the law requires us to keep or disclose data, we rely on compliance with that legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
You do not have to contact us. If you do, we need a way to reply and the content of your enquiry to handle it.
4. Recipients and external services
Website hosting and email providers may access data where needed to provide their services, subject to their contractual obligations. If you choose WhatsApp, your communication takes place on that platform and its provider processes data under its EEA privacy policy, which describes possible transfers outside the European Economic Area. WhatsApp does not open until you select the link.
Technical providers: hosting pending identification; email pending identification. International transfers and safeguards: pending verification before publication.
We may also disclose information to public authorities where legally required.
5. Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up on the relationship you requested. Afterwards, data may be restricted for periods required by law or needed to address potential claims. Technical logs: retention period pending confirmation with the hosting provider.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability where applicable by writing to info@almai.dev. If any processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing already carried out. We may request the information strictly needed to verify your identity.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Cookies and changes
The current website code does not include analytics or advertising tools that set cookies. Technical cookies used by the host: pending verification before publication. Before adding services that require non-essential cookies, we will explain their use and request consent where required.
See our cookie policy for the inventory, review scope and current settings.
We will update this policy if the services, providers or processing activities change. Draft last reviewed: 23 October 2026.
Cookie policy
1. Who provides this information
Holder: ALMAI.
Contact: info@almai.dev.
2. What this website uses
The audited code does not create or read cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB databases. It does not register service workers or use the Cache Storage API. The language is determined by the route (/ or /en/), without saving a preference on your device.
Animations, navigation, tabs and journal dialogs work in memory during your visit. No analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or embedded third-party content have been added. Images, icons and styles are served by this website; fonts use the configuration available on your device.
Your browser may manage its ordinary cache to display the resources you request. ALMAI does not use it to identify visitors or track their activity. Any server logs are addressed separately in the privacy policy.
3. Cookie inventory
With no cookies identified, there are no cookie names, providers, purposes or retention periods to list. This does not replace a check of the production hosting environment.
4. External links and services
WhatsApp and CiviGolf open only when you choose their links. No chat, iframe or module from these platforms is loaded within ALMAI. External websites have their own policies; any cookies they use are not listed here as cookies set by ALMAI. The email link opens your configured email client.
5. Cookie settings
There are currently no optional purposes to enable, disable or accept. We therefore do not display a consent banner or store an unnecessary decision. Continuing to browse does not constitute consent.
You can return here through «Legal & Privacy» in the footer. You can also inspect or remove this site’s data in your browser’s privacy settings. There is no optional-cookie consent to withdraw in this version.
If non-essential technologies are added, this policy and the inventory must be updated before they are enabled. They must remain blocked until permission is given, with equally visible accept and reject options, choices by purpose, and an equally easy way to change or withdraw consent.
6. Applicable rules and privacy
Article 22(2) of Spain’s LSSI regulates storing or accessing information on your device. Strictly necessary technologies are exempt from consent under the conditions set out in the law and the AEPD guide. Where personal data is processed, GDPR obligations also apply. We do not request consent for optional technologies that are not used.
- LSSI · Article 22(2)
- AEPD · Guide on the use of cookies (Spanish)
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Spanish text)
See our privacy policy for information about how we handle contact details.
7. Pending information and future reviews
ALMAI is the trading name used by this website. The holder’s full legal identity must be completed before publication. The hosting provider and any CDN or security service actually contracted must also be identified. The final domain, its resources and response headers must be checked for any cookies or technologies added by that infrastructure. If present, their name, provider, purpose and duration must be documented, and consent implemented where required.
Hosting verification: Pending. No unconfirmed cookies or providers have been attributed to the website.
This policy must be reviewed when hosting, scripts or storage technologies change. A local review does not by itself establish compliance for a future deployment.
